MILWAUKEE (May 8, 2018) – Johnson Controls introduces a new line of high-capacity, front-accessible hard disk drive (HDD) recorders within its exacqVision A-Series portfolio in response to the increasing demands for video storage expansion.
The use of video surveillance to detect, deter and prosecute crime has grown significantly, and increases in camera resolutions and frame rates have caused the need for video storage to surge at an unprecedented rate.
The new front accessible recorders feature eight front-accessible storage bays with up to 80TB of storage available, all in a smaller, more compact 2U chassis.
